FS offers a variety of programs designed to help younger athletes. Our coaches work with them to teach correct form and technique when lifting and performing dynamic movements. Proper execution of movements is critical for increasing performance and injury prevention.
Exercise and fitness is something that many kids do not get enough of today due to issues like use of technology and lack of opportunities in schools. It is important for your young athletes to begin exercising before entering adulthood not only for their health and wellness, but to develop habits and routines that involve physical exercise.

Tyson completed the 2016 high school football season ranking in the top 50 wide receivers in the northwest as a junior. He participates and accels in varsity basketball and track.
